Register here for this 3-day intensive training to learn strategies and techniques used in mediation, but without the mediation model.

These skills will enhance your ability to negotiate collaboratively within your work team, between departments and with clients or customers.  In this robust training you will learn about conflict styles, deep active listening, differentiating between intent and impact, breaking deadlocks and facilitating from a neutral stance.  This model uses the interest-based approach to dispute resolution.

This training is a prerequisite for the Collaborative Law Role Play Extension.
