Register here for this 5-day, 40-hour classroom intensive, the first step in learning to become a mediator.

This 40-hour intensive training is designed to teach the skills needed to become a facilitative mediator.  This model uses the interest-based approach common in community dispute resolution.  The facilitative model will give you the foundation needed to handle conflicts between neighbors, employers-employees, merchants-consumers, landlord-tenants and a variety of interpersonal conflicts.  This training meets the classroom requirement for certification through the Washington Mediation Association.

Class Dates: September 5, 6, 10, 12, and 13
34.25 CLEs (1.75 in Ethics) for Attorneys
37.5 CEUs for Mental Health Professionals
4 credits through Western Washington University
37.5 clockhours for educators, pending
