This facilitated session will give you the opportunity to discuss the foreclosure mediator’s role in terms of subject matter expertise, and in handling issues of determining good faith, drafting certificates, making decisions about cancellations and continuations, and other topics of interest to participants.  Share anonymous case examples and grapple with these challenging practical and ethical questions.
