Register here for this 5-day, 40-hour classroom intensive, the first step in learning to become a mediator.
This 40-hour intensive is designed to teach the skills needed to become a facilitative mediator. This model uses the interest-based approach common in community dispute resolution. The facilitative model will give you the foundation needed to handle conflicts between individuals, businesses, workplaces and a variety of interpersonal situations. The training meets the classroom requirement for certification through the Washington Mediation Association.
