Training

The Dispute Resolution Center offers a range of training opportunities for our volunteers and for the general public. Our training style is interactive and experiential, geared to building on the life skills that adult learners bring.

Trainings include brief presentations, exercises, demonstrations, and role plays. Sessions are lively and interactive, engaging participants in a variety of ways to capitalize on different learning styles and the diversity of the training group.

Continuing Legal Education Credits

Most of our community training workshops carry Continuing Legal Education credits for attorneys. The number of credits a workshop is approved for is listed with the workshop description on the Community Training page, and on the registration form.
